Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side).

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), on instructions, would submit

that the petitioner is abiding the condition from 28.02.2024 onwards.

3.Considering the above said submission this court is of the view that it is a fit

case to modify the condition and hence, the petitioner is directed to appear before the concerned Court once in a month (i.e) on first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., till the disposal of the appeal.
