Criminal Appeal is filed under section 14A(2) of SC & ST (Prevention of Atrocities)Amendment Act,2015,to call for the records and set aside the order passed in Cr.M.P.No.390 of 2023 dated 08/05/2023 passed by the learned Special Sessions Judge (Special Court for Trial of Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe Act Cases),Thoothukudi(FAC), Thoothukudi District and to enlarge the appellant on bail.

ORDER:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Thiru.M.Prabu, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Thiru.M.Sakthi Kumar, Government Advocate for the respondent(s), this Court made the following order:

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.A(MD)No.401 of 2023 on 07.06.2023, subsequently modified vide orders made in Crl.M.P(MD)Nos.11290 and 16388 of 2023.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner have

condition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying the condition regularly and investigation is completed.

4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.A(MD)No.401 of 2023 on 07.06.2023, subsequently modified vide orders made in Crl.M.P(MD)No.11290 and 16388 of 2023, is relaxed and the petitioner shall report before the trial Court police as and when required for interrogation, on receipt of summons.
