ORDER:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.P.Kannathasan, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.M.Sakthi Kumar, Government Advocate for the respondents, this Court made the following order:

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners by the order dated 18.09.2024 in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.9772 of 2024 in Crl.A.(MD). No.607 of 2024

2.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners has been complying with the condition regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) submitted that the petitioners has been complying with the condition regularly.
