This petition is filed seeking relaxation of the conditions imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P(MD)No.6667 of 2024 in Crl.A.(MD)No.341 of 2023.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been

complying the condition regularly and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has

been complying the condition regularly and he is having some medical ailments.

4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsel and on the medical grounds, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.M.P(MD)No.6667 of 2024 in Crl.A.(MD)No.341 of 2023 on 12.07.2023, is modified and the petitioner

shall report before the concerned trial Court ONCE IN THREE MONTHS in the first working day at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
