This petition is filed to condone the delay of 49 days in filing the above Criminal Appeal in Spl.S.C.No.1 of 2022, on the file of the learned Sessions Judge, Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under POCSO Act, Chennai.
2.Mr.A.Gokulakrishnan, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice for the respondent.
3.This petition stands ordered. Delay of 49 days in preferring the above appeal is hereby condoned.
