On 10.03.2021, this Court, while considering the bail petition filed by
one Vinoth in Crime No.14 of 2020, pending on the file of the Central Crime
Branch, EDF-I, Team-II, Chennai, has imposed the following condition:
“ The petitioner, on release, is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- (Rupees Five Lakhs only) to the credit of Crime No.14 of 2020 before the Metropolitan Magistrate for Exclusive Trial of CCB and CBCID Metro Cases, Egmore, within fifteen (15) days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and deposit the remaining sum of Rs.4,60,000/- (Rupees Four Lakhs Sixty Thousand only) within a period of six (6) weeks thereafter.”

“ This matter was listed today under the caption “for reporting compliance”.
2. When the matter was taken up on 29.07.2025, the second respondent/accused had agreed to pay a sum of Rs.7,60,000/- to the petitioner on or before 06.08.2025. However, it has now been brought to the notice of this Court by the learned counsel for the petitioner/defacto complainant that the accused has not complied with his undertaking. Further, today, there is no representation on behalf of the second respondent/accused.
3. In order to give one more opportunity to the second respondent/accused, post the matter on 18.08.2025 under the same caption.”
