This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that he shall report before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate cum Special judge, Chengalpattu on 1st working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.M.P.No.1578 of 2022 dated 10.02.2022.
2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.
3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates without fail.
