This petition is filed to condone the delay of 73 days in filing the above revision.
2.Heard the learned Counsel for petitioner.
3.Mr.K.S.Mohan Dass, learned Public Prosecutor (Puducherry) takes notice for the first respondent police and he has got no objection in allowing this petition.
4.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petitions, the delay stands condoned and the petition is ordered.
