It is submitted by the learned counsel for petitioners that the petitioners have surrendered before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Pollachi on 23.02.2024 and now they are confined in Central Prison, Coimbatore. The proof of surrender produced before this Court.
2.In view of the above, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
