This petition has been filed to relax the condition as shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.00 am. until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.1589 of 2024 dated 30.01.2024.

3.Considering the submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police weekly once i.e., every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of three weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.
