ORDER
Mr.S.Sathiaseelan, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for allowing
to withdraw the present Criminal Miscellaneous Petitions and file a better affidavits and petitions.
Learned counsel for the petitioner wants to withdraw these
miscellaneous petitions with the condition to file fresh applications as there is some mistake appears. He also submitted that the matters may be directed to be listed on 19.12.2024 before the appropriate Bench who passed the earlier order.
respondent has no objection to the abovesaid prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
