O R D E R
Vide, order, dated 28/6/2024, in Crl.M.P.No.9251 of 2024 in Crl.M.P.No.828 of 2024 in Crl.R.C.No.99 of 2024, this Court had directed the petitioner to appear before the trial Court on the first working day of every English Calender month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. Now, the petitioner has filed this petition to relax the above condition.

“The petitioner is required to appear once in
four months before the trial Court, i.e., on the first
