This petition is filed to condone the delay of 26days in filing the above revision.
2.Heard the learned counsel for petitioner as well as the learned counsel appearing for the respondent.
3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the delay stands condoned and the petition is ordered.
