2.When this Court had passed the order granting suspension of sentence to the

petitioner on 09.12.2024, this Court intended that the petitioners shall pay the fine amount imposed by the Trial Court vide judgment, dated 30.06.2023 in C.C.No.68

of 2015. This Court had not specificially exempted the petitioner from paying the

fine amount and therefore, it is needless to mention that the fine amount imposed by the Trial Court shall be paid by the petitioners.
