The learned counsel for the petitioners / respondents in Crl.R.C.No.944 of 2016 submits that both sides have compromised the matter and the compromise memo has already been filed, by which the deceased respondent / complainant before the trial Court is permitted to withdraw the amount deposited by the revision petitioner / accused.

2.Both the parties have passed away and their legal heirs were now brought on record.

3.Now the legal heirs of the deceased respondent have entered appearance

through Mr.L.Ramanathan. The learned counsel would now make a
