This petition is filed to condone the delay of 256 days in filing the above appeal.
2.Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for petitioner/State.
3.Mr.G.Pugazhenthi, learned counsel takes notice on behalf of the respondent and he has got no serious objection in allowing this petition.
4.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the delay stands condoned and the petition is ordered.
