reasons stated in the affidavit as he was unable to deposit the conditional amount due to economic conditions, this Court is inclined to grant the extension of time for a period of one month to this petitioner to surrender before the lower Court in pursuance with order dated 08.01.2024 made in Crl.O.P.No.443 of 2024 in Crime No.335 of 2023.
