This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed in paragraph No.6 (b) in Crl.O.P No. 13220 of 2024 dated 25.06.2024.
- Heard both sides.
- The condition imposed on the petitioner in para 6 (b) in Crl.O.P. No. 13220 of 2024 is modified as follows:
6 (b) the petitioner is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.7,00,000/(Rupees Seven Lakhs Only) to the credit of crime No. 19 of 2024 within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on such deposit, the defacto complainant is permitted to withdraw the same, on filing an undertaking affidavit and proper identification and acknowledgment.
- Further, this Court is inclined to grant further two weeks time to comply with the conditions imposed in Crl.O.P No. 13220 of 2024. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
