3 . According to the learned Special Government Pleader, there
are no encroachments in Survey No.592, which is classified as a Thoppu Manthai Poramboke. However, there were some encroachments in Survey No.591/1, which were removed, by following the due process of law.
4 . In view of the same, no further orders are required to be passed in this contempt petition. Accordingly, the Contempt Petition stands closed.
