Where a petitioner files a contempt petition alleging violation of a prior order of this Court, if the petitioner's counsel records and admits that the said order has been complied with, the court may record that submission and close the contempt petition. No contempt proceedings are necessary if the party seeks punishment furnishes an acknowledgment of compliance.
