This petition has been filed to punish the Contemnor/3^rd Respondent for his wanton and willful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in W.P. (MD).No.27600 of 2023, dated 22.11.2023.

2.There is no representation for the petitioner. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that in spite of repeated summons to the petitioner, he did not turned up. Therefore, the enquiry was closed on 11.07.2024.

3.Recording the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), there shall be a direction to the respondent to sent the closure report to the petitioner, so that he can workout his remedy if he is aggrieved.

4.With the above said directions, this contempt petition stands closed.
