One primary direction given therein was that dispensary now functional in the Madurai Bench of Madras High Court should be upgraded so that medical facilities can be availed not only by the staff working in the Madurai Bench but also by the residents of the locality. Contending that this direction given by this Court has not been complied with, the present contempt petition came to be filed.
