Ms.B.Ambili, Deputy Official Liquidator submitted that for initiating
proceedings against respondent/Royal Thai Embassy, she is yet to get permission from the Ministry of External Affairs.
2. Considering the submission made by the Deputy Official Liquidator, this Court is of the view that, no useful purpose would be served in keeping this application pending from the year of 2018, without any further progress. Therefore, this Company Application is closed. Once the permission from the Ministry of External Affairs for initiating proceedings is obtained, the Deputy Official Liquidator is granted liberty to file fresh application, for recovery of claim from respondent/Royal Thai Embassy.
