When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the appellants has filed a Memo stating that the appellants have
not turned up to give instructions to the counsel for the appellants. The registered letter sent to the appellants through registered post on 18.01.2024 was returned with an endorsement, “No Such Addressee”. So, the learned counsel for the appellant reported “No Instructions” for the appellants. Hence, this Civil Miscellaneous Second Appeal stands dismissed for default. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition stands closed.
