ORDER : This Civil Miscellaneous Petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.N.DILIPKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:-

This petition is filed to condone the delay of 2346 days in representing the above appeal.

This petition is ordered on condition that the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.1,000/- (Rupees One Thousand only) to the credit of Rojavanam, Home for aged and poor, Account No.6481560540, Indian Bank, Madurai Bench of Madras High Court, Madurai, within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, the petition shall stand automatically dismissed without any further reference to this Court.
