The learned counsel for the first respondent/appellant would state that as per order of this Court dated 03.06.2024, 90% of the award amount has been deposited.

This petition is filed to withdraw a sum of Rs.10,44,925/- deposited by the first respondent/appellant.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the first respondent.

Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this

petition, this petition is allowed and the guardian/mother of the petitioner is permitted to withdraw the amount deposited by the first respondent/appellant.
