Civil Miscellaneous Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to return the original document marked as Ex.A1 (Sale deed dated 23.01.1984 executed by P.S.Subramanian in favour of M.S.Shanmugam) in O.S.No.1243 of 2004 on the file of Principal District Munsif Court, Tirunelveli by substituting the Sub Registration Office copy of the same for the present and thus render justice.

The petitioner must file a proper copy application for Ex.A1, for the above said substitution. After substituting the certified copy, the registry is directed to return the original document by getting proper undertaking.
