Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to condone the delay of 82 days in filing civil miscellaneous appeal to set aside the decree passed by the Special Sub Court MCOP.Cases Madurai in the MCOP.No.597/2016 dated 24-01-2024 and pass such other and further orders as this Honourable Court may deem fit and proper and thus render justice.

To enhance the award amount made by the Special Sub Court for Motor Accident Claims in MCOP No.597/2016 on 24.01.2024 and allow the Appeal.
