ORDER : This Civil Miscellaneous Petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of A.SARAVANAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.D.SIVARAMAN, Advocate for the 2^nd Respondent, the court made the following order:-

On payment of Rs.1,000/- to the Creche attached to the Madurai Bench of Madras High Court, this petition is allowed.

2.Since there is delay, the interest shall not be paid for the delay period and the same shall be incorporated in the order of the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal. Hence, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed on the above said conditions.
