ORDER:- This Civil Miscellaneous Petition is coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/s.M.Suresh, Advocate for the Petitioner and of none appeared for the respondents, this Court made the following order:

The above application has been filed to set aside the order dated 01.09.2020 in C.R.P.(MD).No.151 of 2015, which was ordered to be dismissed as abated and restore the petition on file.

2.In view of the order passed in C.M.P.(MD).No.10133 of 2023 and considering the reasons assigned in this petition, this petition is ordered and the Registry is directed to restore the civil revision petition on file.
