These petitions are filed to condone the delay of 600 days in filing the petition to set aside abatement as against deceased 3rd respondent; to set aside abatement; and to implead the legal heirs of deceased 3rd respondent in the appeal.
2.Mr.S.A.Shanmugam, learned counsel, states that he has got instructions to file vakalat on behalf of the legal heirs of deceased 3rd respondent. The learned counsels appearing for the proposed parties, as well as the other respondents, have no objection for allowing these petitions.
3.Therefore, these petitions are allowed. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment.
4.Learned counsel appearing for the proposed parties, who have been now impleaded, is permitted to file vakalat in the appeal in the due course.
5.Post the main appeal for hearing on 12.08.2024.
