These Petitions have been filed to set aside the abatement and to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased respondent 3 Palanisamy in the above Second appeal, namely Respondent 4 namely Saraswathi.
- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners, the learned counsel for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.
- On being satisfied with the averments stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions and also considering the submissions made, these petitions are allowed.
- Registry is directed to issue notice to the newly added respondent, returnable by 06.09.2024.
- Post the case on 06.09.2024.
