These Petitions have been filed to condone the delay, set aside the abatement and to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased sole respondent V.Jayaraman, rank them as respondents 2 to 6 in the above Second appeal.
- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned counsel for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.
- On being satisfied with the averments stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions and also considering the submissions made, these petitions are allowed.
- Registry is directed to issue notice to the newly added respondents, returnable by 23.01.2025.
- Post the case on 23.01.2025.
