2.Having perused the affidavit filed in support of the petition, we find that the reasons assigned are acceptable and sufficient. Hence, this petition is allowed and the appeal is restored.
3.Registry is directed to list the appeal for final hearing on
04.06.2024. It is made clear that no further adjournment will be granted.
