This Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed to restore the petition in S.A.No.924 of 2013 by setting aside the order dated 03.02.2020 which was dismissed for non-prosecution.
- Despite strict opposition by Mr.P.Mani, the learned counsel for the respondents, I am convinced with the reasons stated in the affidavit.
- The appeal has been pending before this Court for quite some time and came to be dismissed for default on 03.02.2020.
- Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed along with this petition, this civil miscellaneous petition is ordered and the second appeal is restored.
- List the second appeal for final disposal on 01.02.2024.
