CMP.No.5464 of 2023 has been filed to permit the Petitioners to bring on
record the proposed parties/Respondents 9 to 15 as legal representatives of the deceased 6th Respondent/Mahalakshmi in the above A.S.737 of 2009.
2.CMP.No.5467 of 2023 has been filed to permit the Petitioners to bring on record the proposed parties/Respondents 7 & 8 as legal representatives of the deceased 1st Respondent/Loganathan and to record 2nd Respondent as legal representative of the deceased 1st Respondent/Loganathan in the above A.S.737 of 2009.
3.The proposed Respondents are served. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either sides.
4.The factum of death of the deceased and their legal representatives are not under dispute. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed support of these Petitions, these Miscellaneous Petitions are ordered as prayed for. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the cause title.
