This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to discharge of petitioner's mother from guardianship to represent before this Court and also to declare the petitioner herein as major to pass suitable orders.
2.Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the CMP is ordered as prayed for.
4.Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment.
