This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 322 days in filing the above appeal.
- In spite of the service of notice, there is no representation on behalf of the respondents.
- Being satisfied with the reasons assigned by the petitioner and in the interest of justice, this Court is inclined to allow this petition.
- Accordingly, this petition is allowed and the delay of 322 days in filing the appeals is condonned subject to the waiver of interest on the enhanced compensation for the delayed period.
