2 . It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner/appellant that the cost has been paid in compliance with the order passed by this Court dated 04.03.2024. He has also filed a cost memo dated 11.03.2024 to that effect.
3 . In view of the above, the cost memo dated 11.03.2024 is recorded and the above petition is ordered, thereby the delay of 2182 days in representing the Second Appeal in SA.SR.No.101987 of 2017 is condoned.
4 . The Registry is directed to number the appeal if it is otherwise in order and list the same for admission.
