This petition is filed to implead the legal heirs of the 5th respondent in CMP.No.25505 of 2023 and in above appeal.

- Mr.M.Lokesh, learned counsel, undertakes to file vakalath on behalf of the proposed respondents/legal heirs of the 5th respondent and submitted that he has no objection in allowing this petition.

- In view of the above submission and on perusing the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Court is satisfied and is inclined to allow this petition.
