This Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 647 days in filing
this Appeal Suit.
- 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either sides.
- 3.Learned counsel for the Petitioner (legal aid counsel) represented
that she filed representation before the State Legal Services Authority and the same was forwarded to the High Court Legal Services Authority, subsequently, the Appeal has been filed. In CMP.No.21179 of 2022, prayer of the Petitioner to prosecute the Appeal as an indigent person was considered and after notice, the Petitioner was permitted to sue as an informa pauperis on 27.11.2023. Thereafter, the present CMP was numbered and posted.
4.Learned counsel for the first Respondent would contend that the actual delay is not 647 days and it is 694 days only.
