with in filing the certified copy of fair order dated 22.07.2024 passed in I.A.No.1 of 2023 in O.s.No.162 of 2017 on the file of the learned Principal District Court, Chengalpattu.
- I have gone through the affidavit filed
in support of the petition and I am satisfied with the reasons stated therein.
- Accordingly, this C.M.P is allowed.
- Registry is directed to number the Appeal, if it is otherwise in order and post the same for admission.
