This petition has been filed to set aside the dismissal order dated 06.12.2018 and restore C.M.P.No.21770 of 2018 in C.M.A.SR.No.8733 of 2018.

- Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Miscellaneous Petition is ordered on condition that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) to the High Court Legal Services Authority, Chennai, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and time is
