This miscellaneous petition has been filed to condone the delay of 215 days in representing the above appeal.
- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.
- Considering the submissions and the reasons stated in the affidavit, this Court is of the view that the delay may be condoned, on payment of costs.
- Accordingly, the delay is condoned on payment of costs of Rs.1,500/- (Rupees One Thousand and Five Hundred only) by the petitioner to the Tamilnadu Legal Aid Services Authority, Chennai, on or before 19.11.2024.
- On payment of costs, the Registry is directed to number the appeal and post it "for admission" on 20.11.2024, if the same is otherwise in order.
- If the cost is not paid on or before 19.11.2024, this C.M.P. stands dismissed without further reference to this Court.
