Heard both sides. Learned counsel for both sides are present. This petition has been filed under Order 22 Rule 3 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, praying to bring on record the petitioners 2 to 6 as the legal heirs / legal representatives of the deceased first appellant. It is stated in the accompanying affidavit filed by the first petitioner – Palanisamy that his father Mr.Thangavel Mooppar passed away on 20.10.2023 leaving behind the petitioners 2 to 6 herein as his legal heirs / legal representatives to succeed his estate. For the reasons stated in the affidavit, this Court is inclined to allow this petition. Accordingly, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
