These petitions have been filed to condone the delay of 288 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused by the death of the third appellant / Soundarajan in the above appeal, to set aside the abatement caused by the death of the third appellant and to bring on record the proposed respondents 4 to 7 as the legal representatives of the deceased third appellant and rank them as appellants 6 to 9 in the above second appeal.
