This miscellaneous petition has been filed to condone the delay of 172 days in filing the appeal.

- Heard both sides.

- Considering the submissions and the reasons stated in the affidavit, this Court is of the view that the delay may be condoned, on payment of cost.

- Accordingly, the delay is condoned on payment of cost of Rs.1000/- (Rupees One Thousand only) by the petitioner to the Tamilnadu Legal Aid Services Authority, Chennai, on or before 27.11.2024.

- On payment of cost, the Registry is directed to number the CMA and post it for admission on 28.11.2024, if the same is otherwise in order.

- If the cost is not paid on or before 27.11.2024, this C.M.P. stands dismissed without further reference to this Court.
