C.M.P.No.22462 of 2022 is filed to condone the delay of 140 days

in filing the petition to set aside the abatement of the above second appeal

caused by the death of the 1^st respondent, namely Abdul Ghani, in the above Second Appeal (S.A.No.472 of 2021).

C.M.P.No.22472 of 2022 is filed to set aside the abatement of the

above second appeal caused by the death of the 1^st respondent, namely Abdul Ghani, in the above Second Appeal (S.A.No.472 of 2021).

C.M.P.No.22474 of 2022 is filed to bring on record the

respondents 3 to 6 herein as the legal heirs of the deceased 1^st respondent, namely Abdul Ghani, in the above Second Appeal (S.A.No.472 of 2021) and rank them as respondents 3 to 6.
