The above Petition is filed to grant an order of stay of the Judgment and decree dated 14.12.2022 made in AS.No.19/2021 on the file of the II Additional Sub Court, Coimbatore by reversing the Judgment and decree dated 23.03.2021 made in OS.No.1470/2019 on the file of the V Additional District Munsif Court, Coimbatore.
2 . The learned counsel for the petitioner/appellant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Civil Miscellaneous Petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
3 . In view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner/appellant, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
