This Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to accept the cause title shown in the Memorandum of Grounds of Writ Appeal filed against the order dated 01.09.2023 passed in W.P.No.15388 of 2020.
2. Learned U.M.Ravichandran, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for R2 to R6 has no objection in accepting the cause title.
3. Being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
